Alain Ducasse unveils Le Jardin: the new green and gourmet address in Paris

A corner of chlorophyll in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. In the hushed intimacy of the Baccarat mansion, Le Jardin d’Alain Ducasse is the most beautiful plant and gastronomic interlude of this Parisian spring.

Conceived as a chic yet accessible refuge, Le Jardin follows in the footsteps of the Baccarat universe, but in a solar version. The natural scenography, orchestrated by Jérémie Attali, blends permaculture, floral poetry and confidential design. Here, everything breathes: crystal becomes foliage, the table becomes a living space.

It’s a place for lunch, dinner, tastings and even impromptu afterwork parties. The cheerfully relaxed atmosphere contrasts with the rigid codes of haute gastronomy.

A cuisine that follows seasons, not trends

At the helm, Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder have created a short, clear and easy-to-read menu , but with great precision. On the seaside, the blue lobster French toast seduces with its balance between generosity and subtlety. On the land side, the Landes duck breast and thelamb shoulder confit play the card of sharing and true taste.

The sweet highlight? A coupe of strawberries, herb sorbet and raw cream, as light as it is perfectly mastered. The promise is kept: no showboating, but plates that tell the story of the season.

Author cocktails and a hidden orangery

At the bar, Margot Lecarpentier ‘s menu flirts with the experimental. Spritz with Suze, mocktail with verjuice and geranium vinegar, daring combinations in the sunshine or indoors, in a crystalline light subdued by the Roi Soleil chandelier.

Last but not least, the Orangerie completes the experience: a private room, warm and confidential, designed for the finest tables, under a Zenith Faunacrystoplis chandelier by Jaime Hayon.
