From April 17 to May 8, 2025, Burgundy Paris is offering a springtime chocolate tea time. Conceived as a collection of travel souvenirs, this six-part tea time offers a unique sensory immersion. From Paris-Brest with Peruvian chocolate, to Arabica coffee and star anise millefeuille, each creation evokes a destination.

All served under the luminous glass roof of the Le Charles bar, in a hushed setting perfect for an Easter afternoon or a weekday gourmet getaway.

Stopovers are as graphic as they are fragrant: chocolate gyozas in a Thai broth, chocolate/dulce de leche brioche in homage to Rio, or a strawberry baba with wild cloves evoking the hills of Kandy.

At €65 with Dilmah teas or €80 with a glass of champagne, this tea time reinvents the art of the Parisian tea party.
