Ischia: Denny Imbroisi’s new Italian haunt in Paris

Ischia brings a breath of dolce vita to the 15th arrondissement. Since January 2025, Denny Imbroisi has been infusing his energy and love of Italian traditions into Ischia, the restaurant formerly run by Cyril Lignac.

Generous Mediterranean cuisine

True to his transalpine roots, the chef revealed by Top Chef offers authentic, contemporary bistronomic cuisine. On the menu: dishes bursting with sunshine, enhanced by quality produce.

Highlights include creamy beet burrata, melting mozzarella arancini and pesto ricotta gnocchi with tuna tartare. Special mention must go to the lobster ravioli, served with a crustacean jus to die for.

Meat and fish lovers will be equally delighted: lamb chops, squash and pomegranate, or octopus a la plancha feature prominently on the menu.

A chic address with terracotta decor

Designed by Studio KO, the décor blends Italian elegance with Mediterranean warmth. Patinated walls, pink banquettes, carved wood and gilded brass create an intimate, luminous setting.

The star of the room? A spectacular red marble bar, a tribute to Italian design. And in fine weather, the terrace becomes the ideal spot for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars.

Denny Imbroisi’s version of Ischia is Italy as we like it: generous, refined and convivial. For a tasteful and charming immersion, head for this new must-visit address in Paris.
