Le Bristol Paris celebrates its 100th anniversary: everything you didn’t want to miss
What if celebrating a century of existence rhymed with reinvention? In April 2025, Le Bristol Paris, the legendary palace on the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, celebrates its 100th anniversary with a series of initiatives as elegant as they are unexpected. From haute gastronomy to lifestyle collaborations and a new signature spa treatment, nothing has been left to chance.
Three-star cuisine and a trip to Japan
The three-starred Epicure restaurant welcomes a new chef: Arnaud Faye succeeds Éric Frechon. He has created a refined menu, with a special emphasis on plant-based dishes. The event doesn’t stop there: in November, the chef will fly to Tokyo for a culinary residency at the L’Osier restaurant, before a gala dinner and anniversary garden party in the heart of the palace.
Suites redesigned by the women of Oetker
The Honeymoon and Impériale suites have been completely redesigned by Elvira and Narcisa Oetker. The former, nestled under the rooftops, offers a view of the Eiffel Tower and a fresco by Dimitri Rybaltchenko on the myth of Eros and Psyche. The second, favored by artist George Condo, boasts an opulent decor, punctuated by carefully selected works of art.
A spa combining oriental tradition and innovation
For summer, the Bristol spa introduces an exclusive facial treatment combining Kobido, acupressure, lymphatic drainage and Chinese medicine. The aim? Stimulate microcirculation, boost collagen and sculpt features, without invasive intervention. A complete experience combining energy and relaxation.
An expanding lifestyle universe
At the grocery store, the essential chocolates, breads, pastries and terrines are now available in limited editions. But Le Bristol is going even further, with a capsule collection co-signed by Sporty & Rich, available in rooms, and the Bristol Society line, with caps, travel bags… and even a brand-new Cluedo game! In this scenario, the famous cat Socrates has disappeared, and investigators will have to scour living rooms and kitchens to find him.
A signature scent and sound
To mark this centenary, Le Bristol is also unveiling an exclusive candle in partnership with Cire Trudon, with notes of wheat, cut grass, white musk and vetiver. The atmosphere continues with a jazz vinyl record and an anniversary book published by Flammarion, a veritable “Ode to an art of living”, packed with previously unpublished anecdotes about the history of the place.
