The Mandarin Oriental, Paris celebrates gastronomy in 2025. Its Sur Mesure restaurant welcomes Michelin-starred chefs from around the world.
Exceptional programming
The establishment offers Les Semaines Culinaires, a unique concept featuring renowned chefs. Each event promises an original gastronomic discovery.
Two Michelin-starred chefs will open this culinary series:
- Antonio Guida (3 Michelin stars) from Mandarin Oriental Milan and Zurich, specialist in contemporary Italian cuisine.
- Frédéric Doucet, Michelin-starred chef and owner of Maison Doucet in Burgundy, featuring local Charolais produce.

The chef revisits French cuisine with refined dishes. He works with local produce to offer a unique culinary experience.
Some of our creations:
- Modern beef tendon broth, enhanced with celery and nasturtium.
- Cruite” trout from Crisenon, served with walnuts.
- Pike-perch from the Loire, enhanced by fermented wild garlic.
- Breton lobster, twisted with an elixir of Charolais juice.
- Alfalfa soufflé and hay ice cream, a tribute to the Morvan landscapes.
