Missoni teams up with Durar Octa for a new real estate project in the United Arab Emirates

Italian fashion house Missoni continues its expansion into luxury real estate with the unveiling of a new project on the island of Al Marjan, in Ras el Khaimah.
Following the success of the Moonstone Interiors by Missoni complex, the Italian brand is back with a second real estate project in the United Arab Emirates. Called Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni, this development is being carried out in partnership with Durar Octa. Durar Octa is a specialist in luxury real estate. The initiative aims to strengthen Missoni’s presence in the high-end residential sector. At the same time, it will consolidate the momentum of the Ras el Khaïmah real estate market.
An ambitious project at the heart of an artificial archipelago
Located to the north of Dubai, Al Marjan Island is a fast-growing destination. It is already a popular destination for prestigious hotels such as the Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island and the Wynn Al Marjan Island. Missoni will bring its distinctive signature to the area. The decoration and interior design of three residential buildings will be delivered by the end of 2027.
The project will comprise three-storey buildings with high-end infrastructure. They will feature a private swimming pool, a refined lobby and a range of 15 amenities, including a spa, fitness room and concierge service. The apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, will be furnished by Missoni. Their vibrant, colorful aesthetic will harmonize perfectly with Al Marjan’s sunny surroundings.
A flourishing real estate market
Missoni’s enthusiasm for this project can be explained by the exponential growth of the real estate market in the region. According to Mohammed Miqdadi, Managing Director of Durar Octa, Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni represents a unique opportunity. Luxury real estate in Ras el Khaimah is becoming increasingly popular, and in Dubai, transactions reached 522 billion dirhams in 2024, an all-time record.
