Valentine’s Day in an English club at Lordy’s Paris Club

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Lordy’s Paris Club, located in the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel, is offering a refined dinner imagined by chef Yassine Riahi. In a cozy, intimate setting, this 16th arrondissement restaurant invites lovers to savor a menu in six acts, featuring exceptional products and gastronomic inspirations.

An elegant and romantic setting in the heart of Paris

Just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower, Lordy’s Paris Club takes its inspiration from English clubs, while blending French refinement with a warm atmosphere. Architect Michael Malapert, who trained with Philippe Starck, has designed a décor that invites travel, punctuated by nods to the adventures of Lord Baltimore, the emblematic figure who gave his name to the hotel. In this hushed ambience, Valentine’s Day takes on a chic, intimate dimension, ideal for a tête-à-tête dinner.

A menu designed to tantalize the taste buds

Chef Yassine Riahi, a former disciple ofAlain Ducasse andHélène Darroze, has created a menu that combines delicacy and boldness. The experience begins with a crunchy lobster roll tartlet, followed by a carpaccio of prawns with a creamy bisque, samphire and French caviar.

Turbot cooked on the bone, accompanied by salsify and fragrant cabbage leaves, then highlights the products of the sea. For the main course, a veal entrecôte served with truffled mashed potatoes and a veal jus with sage promises an intense, gourmet taste experience.

A delicate touch of sweetness

Because Valentine’s Day can’t end without a touch of sweetness, the chef has created a subtle dessert. A white chocolate and vanilla entremets, contrasted by the intensity of a raspberry heart, awakens the taste buds before a final gourmet pleasure: a dark chocolate brownie and a morello cherry-vanilla tartlet.
