La Vaisselle des Chefs: tables that sell their dishes
For the first time, La Vaisselle des Chefs is coming to Paris, offering the general public the chance to acquire emblematic pieces from the finest Parisian tables at affordable prices.
A dive into our gastronomic heritage
Held at Le Césure, in the 5ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, La Vaisselle des Chefs will feature more than 10,000 pieces that have served in prestigious establishments. Gastronomy enthusiasts will be able to treat themselves to plates, cutlery, glassware, and even furniture that once belonged to renowned restaurants such as Le Meurice, Cheval Blanc Paris, and Le Plaza Athénée. Iconic brasseries such as Les Deux Magots and Le Grand Café des Capucines are also taking part in this unique initiative.
A sustainable and supportive approach
In addition to giving a second life to these objects, the event has a solidarity dimension. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Apprentis d’Auteuil to support the training of young people in difficulty in the hotel and catering trades. This approach illustrates a commitment to sustainability and education.
Practical information
The Paris edition will be held on February 8 and 9, 2025 at Césure, 13 rue de Santeuil, Paris 5ᵉ. Tickets are available here.
