Since its creation in 2016 by Édouard Eyglunent, Grégoire Hugon and Arnaud Tiret, Wecandoo has been revolutionizing creative hobbies by offering immersive experiences into the daily lives of craftspeople. With over 3,500 artisans and 6,000 workshops available, the company enables everyone to learn about a hundred craft skills all over France, as well as in Belgium, the Netherlands and London.

Workshops to suit all tastes and budgets

From pottery and ceramics to woodworking, metalworking and gastronomy, Wecandoo offers a variety of workshops to suit all profiles. Whether you’re a novice or an expert, each session is designed to be accessible, inclusive and caring. With prices starting at 20 euros, it’s now possible to offer or treat yourself to an enriching experience without breaking the bank.

Whether with family, friends or colleagues, these workshops offer much more than just material gifts. They are a privileged moment to create unique objects together, while reconnecting with others and with oneself. The craftsman, a true guide, shares his passion with pedagogy, transforming learning into a veritable sensory and emotional voyage.

An eco-responsible and committed approach

Wecandoo’s workshops not only respond to a desire to return to the “handmade”, but also to an eco-responsible approach. By promoting local craftsmanship and supporting artisans in their work, Wecandoo is part of a sustainable approach, the opposite of over-consumption. According to an OpinionWay survey, 4 out of 10 French people aspire to get more involved in manual activities, proof of the growing craze for this type of experience.

A human adventure for lasting memories

With over 600,000 participants to date, Wecandoo has become an essential reference point for those seeking authentic, creative moments of sharing. Each workshop is an enchanted interlude, a unique way to celebrate Christmas differently, by creating not only objects, but also precious memories.

Since 2018, Bastien, Julien and their team have been opening the doors of a place steeped in history, right in the heart of Paris. Set up in one of the capital’s oldest rades, transformed into a distillery, they offer you an extraordinary experience: designing and producing your own gin.

In the course of this adventure, you’ll be invited to taste a number of cocktails and spirits, while discovering the fascinating history of this beverage. Once used as a medicine, gin has gradually established itself as a mainstay of the cocktail world.

You’ll learn how to use the bocfil saw, the emblematic tool of jewelers, to cut a disc of precious metal. Then, using a bouterolle, you’ll give shape to your jewel. Estelle will introduce you to engraving techniques to inscribe a unique message or motif on your piece. You’ll assemble each element with care, creating the perfect illusion of authentic fruit.

Make not one but two scented candles

During this workshop, let Julie, a passionate candle maker, guide you through the creation of two unique scented candles. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, discover each step of the candle-making process.

It all starts with the weighing of the wax, which you melt in a dedicated machine. Meanwhile, choose your fragrance from an irresistible selection of scents made in Grasse: cherry blossom, monoi, fig, cotton flower… The hardest part is choosing!

Once the wax has melted, add a few centilitres of perfume and mix thoroughly before pouring your preparation into glass containers. Secure the wick with a clothespin. While your candles are cooling, personalize the labels to enhance your creations.
