The famous Parisian palace Le Meurice and Baccarat join forces to celebrate the festive season in style. A unique experience awaits visitors to Bar 228, which has become the “Black Bar” for the occasion.

A unique decor and ambience

Bar 228, a veritable institution at Le Meurice, welcomes Parisians and travelers in a hushed, refined atmosphere. Decorated by Philippe Starck, this emblematic venue is decked out in its finest finery for the festive season. Dark woods, deep armchairs and haunting jazz create the perfect ambience for relaxing moments or whispered conversations.

This season, Baccarat enhances the experience with a collection of iconic glasses to enjoy four original cocktails. Named Mille Nuits, Louxor, Massena and Harcourt, these creations seduce with their fruity, sparkling or floral flavors. Each glass, designed with Baccarat know-how, adds a touch of luxury and an incomparable tasting experience.

A gourmet menu to savour

Chef Clémentine Bouchon joins the event with exceptional dishes. Truffles and caviar are among the star ingredients. They add a gastronomic dimension to the experience. These delicacies pair perfectly with cocktails, inviting moments of intimate sharing and tasting.

Close to the famous Le Dalí restaurant and Cédric Grolet’s patisserie, Bar 228 shines like a temple of tranquility. Until January 5, 2025, this collaboration between Le Meurice and Baccarat offers an enchanted interlude in the heart of Paris.
