Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred restaurant at the Trianon Palace, Versailles, is organizing an exclusive dinner on December 4 in honor of the centenary of biodynamics. A not-to-be-missed event for lovers of viticulture and oenology.

A gastronomic celebration like no other

This dinner, imagined by chefs Gabriele Ravasio and Eddie Benghanem, will highlight the principles of biodynamics, an agricultural method born in 1924. Inspired by lunar cycles, the dishes will blend refinement and respect for nature. On the menu: scallop carpaccio with Osciètre caviar, monkfish with seasonal vegetables, and duck with Milan cabbage pie.

Carefully crafted wine and food pairings

Anthony Haffner, head sommelier, collaborates with Gérard Bertrand, emblematic biodynamic winemaker, to offer a complete experience. Grand Cru expert Emma Bertrand will introduce exclusive cuvées specially chosen to sublimate each dish. “This evening promises a unique, innovative and holistic approach, where each dish will be an ode to nature,” assures Trianon Palace.

A trend among large establishments

With this evening, the Trianon Palace joins a trend in haute gastronomy that combines exclusivity and innovation. Following the example of the Ritz Paris or the Bristol, prestigious restaurants are increasingly organizing unique receptions, combining top-quality food and original experiences.

See you on December 4, 2024, at 7.30pm, at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant at the Trianon Palace, Versailles.
