In 2024, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is celebrating its 130ᵉ Christmas with animated window displays from November 14 to December 31, 2024. For the occasion, designer Kevin Germanier, known for his commitment to upcycled fashion, imagines costumes made from recycled materials. From November 7, 2024, Printemps Haussmann invites you to board the Printemps Express, an imaginary train through snowy landscapes. From now until December 31, 2024, the store’s windows will feature passengers dressed in costumes made from recycled fabrics, reflecting the store’s ecological approach. The inauguration, on November 7 at 5pm, will be attended by the famous Juliette Binoche, marking the launch of an immersive experience where glamour and magic meet.
Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche: a poetic Paris
From November 8, 2024, Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche will be showcasing windows populated by colorful, playful creatures, depicting a regressive, poetic Paris. Under the capital’s starry skies, green rabbits hide, lobsters dance in fountains and lampposts shelter mysterious characters. An ode to Parisian fantasy to be discovered until the end of the year.
La Samaritaine: an enchanted winter garden
From November 8, 2024 to January 5, 2025, La Samaritaine will be transformed into a fairytale winter garden, thanks to its collaboration with Thoiry Lumières Sauvages. Inspired by Art Nouveau and nature, this unique setting features giant butterflies and fantastical creatures. The showcases, created by six talented artists, offer a luminous, poetic journey, conducive to escape and wonder.
BHV Marais: a magical parade opened by Léna Mafhouf
The BHV Marais is sure to make a lasting impression with its window displays coming to life from November 6, 2024. The inauguration, scheduled for 6.30pm, by Marc Lavoine, Adriana Karembeu and Léna Mafhouf, is accompanied by a sound and light show. The Rue de Rivoli is transformed into a living theater, with mischievous elves playing and animating the stage, immersing visitors in a warm and playful universe. These windows are a call to childhood memories.
