Good news for Parisian gourmands! Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac has set up a pop-up shop in the Gourmet section of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, until January 28, 2025. A good reason to take a break from shopping.

Set up on the first floor of the famous store, this short-lived boutique promises to delight pastry lovers. You’ll discover an array of sweet creations by Cyril Lignac and his pastry chef sidekick Benoit Couvrand.

Founded in Paris in 2011, La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac is the fruit of a collaboration between these two passionate chefs. Cyril Lignac, already renowned for his Parisian restaurants, joins forces with Benoit Couvrand, former pastry chef at Fauchon. Together, they create pastries that combine tradition and modernity, a blend that has won over the capital’s sweet tooths. Today, they run eight stores between Paris and Saint-Tropez.

Delights not to be missed

In this pop-up, you’ll find the house’s emblematic desserts. Among them, theEquinoxe, with its light Bourbon vanilla cream, caramel heart and speculoos praline crunch. Not forgetting the Baba au rhum with whipped cream, or the Tarte Gianduja. Editor’s favorite? The lemon tart, cleverly assembled in a square shape. No meringue, but a fine white chocolate tuile that adds a subtle sweetness.

Cyril Lignac and Benoit Couvrand don’t stop there. They also offer new creations according to the season, in addition to their range of hand-crafted chocolates. The famous marshmallow bears (which we love) or the hazelnut milk spread are also to be discovered, perfect for a gourmet gift.

For those who prefer to enjoy these delicacies at home, it is possible to order online. Pastries are available for delivery in Paris, and chocolates can be delivered anywhere in France.

Don’t miss this sweet opportunity in the heart of Paris, until January 28, 2025.
