Yannick Alléno celebrates 5 years of Pavyllon Paris

Chef Yannick Alléno’s famous restaurant, Pavyllon Paris, celebrates its 5th anniversary with an exceptional menu, prepared by three Michelin-starred chefs for a unique gastronomic experience. Our mouths are watering.

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Pavyllon Paris, chef Yannick Alléno invites the teams from Pavyllon Monte-Carlo and Pavyllon London to Paris. The result will be a 6-hand anniversary menu. The event promises to be a memorable evening of haute gastronomy.

Pavyllon: a unique vision of gastronomy

Opening in 2019, Pavyllon Paris was born of Yannick Alléno ‘s desire to rethink gastronomy by focusing on proximity and sharing. By imagining cuisine at the counter, the chef is breaking with codes. He brings diners closer to the chefs. This warm, friendly approach quickly spread to Monaco and London. Each establishment showcases a specific terroir and a unique experience.

An exceptional menu for an exceptional birthday

To celebrate this fifth anniversary, guests will be treated to an exceptional menu. It begins with a Mediterranean-style starter. Avocado plié with saffron fleur de sel, accompanied by puffed rice. The journey continues with a tribute to Paris: theBadaboum chicken egg with Prunier Osciètre caviar, enhanced with sorrel and smoked eel mouillettes.

The main course honors Parisian tradition with a heart of filet of beef cooked in a sauté pan, accompanied by salted butter pears. The detour to London is marked by a scallop raviole glazed with anise butter, imagined by chef Benjamin Ferra y Castell, topped with a parsley coulis.

Finally, to round off this gourmet evening, a pièce montée will be served, accompanied by a Brontë pistachio Glace Consulaire. Created by pastry chef Maxime Vaslin of Pavyllon Monte-Carlo.
