Protected: Salon du Chocolat: the must-attend event for all cocoa lovers
This autumn, the Salon du Chocolat returns to Paris for an even more delicious edition, from October 30 to November 3 at the Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles.
Every autumn, Paris is transformed into a gourmet capital with the opening of the Salon du Chocolat. Over the years, this emblematic event has become a veritable institution. It attracts thousands of visitors who come to discover the latest trends and creations from the world of chocolate. Spread over more than 20,000 m², the Salon du Chocolat now hosts no fewer than 280 exhibitors. They also represent some forty countries. This diversity enables visitors to discover chocolates from the 4 corners of the globe, and to meet the craftsmen who produce them with expertise. This year’s theme is “Time“. A nod to the longevity and tradition that characterize this fair. The perfect opportunity to celebrate almost 30 years of history and gourmet innovation !
The Salon du Chocolat: a new edition rich in flavours
This year’s Salon du Chocolat promises an exceptional program. Among the highlights, the Pastry Show will offer visitors live demonstrations by top pastry chefs, showcasing sophisticated chocolate creations. Children won’t be left out either, with the Pastry Show Junior. A dedicated area for little gourmets to discover the joys of pastry-making.
The event will also feature a new area: the Grand’Place. Here, the expertise of Swiss and Belgian chocolatiers will be showcased. This gives visitors the opportunity to discover the particularities of these 2 emblematic chocolate nations. And, as every year, the parade of chocolate dresses will amaze fashion and food lovers alike!
The Salon du Chocolat is also a place of reflection and encounter for industry professionals. Thanks to the BtoB Village, players in the cocoa industry will be able to discuss the social and environmental challenges they face. The aim is also to explorethe innovations that will shape the future of the chocolate industry. This year’s Salon du Chocolat promises to be a must-attend event for all chocolate lovers!
