Barbara Bui becomes official dresser of Paris Saint-Germain women’s team
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announces an exceptional new collaboration with French luxury ready-to-wear brand Barbara Bui.
It’s a first in the history of women’s soccer in France! From the 2024-2025 season, Barbara Bui becomes the official dresser of the PSG women’s team for the next two years. The collaboration is a natural fit, since the Parisian soccer club and the clothing brand share a passion for Parisian elegance and the capital’s influence around the world. The two entities also share the same quest for excellence and international influence.
“Since 1987, the brand has constantly played with fashion codes, promoting femininity and its excellence. With this partnership, which highlights our shared Parisian roots, we’re bringing together more than a marriage of reason; we’re bringing together passions,” reveals Fabian Allegre, Chief Brand Officer of PSG. With just a few weeks to go before the start of the Paris Olympic Games, this partnership promises a perfect marriage between the modern energy of sport and fashion.
Paris Saint-Germain x Barbara Bui: the 100% winning combo
As of next season, the players at the Parc des Princes will benefit from two pre-game presentation outfits, a dressy outfit and a more casual outfit that Barbara Bui, who listens to these strong personalities, has created for them. The official outfit will include a jacket and pants in wool canvas and black leather. The second, more casual, will include a perfecto, trellis and top.
“I loved doing this creative work to dress the Paris Saint-Germain women’s soccer team. They’re a fantastic team! I’ve always loved expressing the character and personality of women. The talent of these top athletes is the embodiment of this. It’s a joy to dress them!” says Barbara Bui, designer of her eponymous brand. Patience will be required, however, as the complete collection will not be unveiled until next September.
