To celebrate the return of summer, Chef Frédérick Lyard offers a colorful, gourmet menu featuring the flavors of the South, with vegetables from the Potager, aromatic plants and sun-drenched fruits. The menu includes Mediterranean Tuna Carpaccio, Pugliese Burrata, Knife-cut Beef Tartare with mesclun, and Fillet of Sea Bream a la Plancha. To finish on a sweet note, try a chocolate soufflé with cold sesame cream. The bar also offers a tempting menu of signature cocktails, including an original creation specially designed for Vilebrequin: the Turtle Splash, with its delicate lavender notes.
