Alexa Chung clears out her dressing room: what you don’t want to miss
British icon and modern-day muse, Alexa Chung, is about to turn Vinted upside down. From May 4, 2025, the designer will be offering for sale a precious selection of clothes and accessories from her personal wardrobe.
Alexa Chung’s cult wardrobe just a click away
From Prada to Gucci, via JW Anderson, Saint Laurent and Dries Van Noten, the names lined up are enough to make your head spin. Among the most coveted pieces: a Miu Miu bralette embroidered with diamonds, a pink Gucci Barbie clutch, black patent ballerinas and a 1930s coral dress worn at Paris Fashion Week. Alexa doesn’t just sell, she conveys a part of her world.
Vintage as manifesto
The woman who launched her ALEXACHUNG brand in 2017 – before having to discontinue it in 2022 – has never ceased to impose a style between heritage and modernity. This sale is at once an aesthetic, ecological and emotional gesture, reinforcing her status as a pioneer of vintage chic.
” There ‘ s something very romantic about connecting to another era through what you wear,” confides Alexa, who admits she found it hard to part with certain pieces. A sincere statement, a far cry from a purely marketing fashion sale.
Committed sales, in the truest sense of the word
And because style and commitment are not mutually exclusive, 100% of the profits will be donated to Endometriosis UK, an association supporting endometriosis sufferers. A powerful gesture, giving this operation a real sense of solidarity.
