The inspiration comes from Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the temple of luxury. This sweet jewel pays homage to the icons of haute couture. A unique, daring and ultra-Parisian piece.

Mandarin Oriental celebrates nature

Chef Julien Dugourd designed “L’Éclosion”, an egg inspired by the hotel’s interior garden. Shiny shell, hazelnut praline, intense dark chocolate: everything about it exudes plant elegance. The gentle curves evoke the blossoming of flowers. The egg plays with finesse and strength. A poetic vision of gourmandise.

The duo Enzo Ohayon and Paolo Minelli were inspired by the hotel’s 18th-century staircase. The result is a dark chocolate egg with a caramel heart, infused with coffee and hazelnut. The contrast between ancient and modern creates a delicious tension. A discreet yet sophisticated work of art.

Le Bristol Paris blends tradition and celebration

For its 100th anniversary, Le Bristol imagines an egg sculpted from grand cru cocoa. Johan Giacchetti adds fritures, chocolate chickens and homemade pralines. A surprise is hidden in the large format. Available from Épicerie des Ateliers, limited edition. Pure elegance, from April 2 to 27, 2025.
