Maison Delano, an Easter egg like no other…
An 18th-century staircase transformed into a gourmet work of art? That’s the (successful) gamble Maison Delano Paris has taken for Easter 2025.
Architecture to savour
This year, Maison Delano Paris ‘Easter Egg 2025 is as intriguing as it is seductive. Conceived by Chef Paolo Minelli and sous-chef pâtissier Enzo Ohayon, this chocolate jewel is directly inspired by the hotel’shistoric 18th-century staircase. An architectural detail transformed into a veritable edible sculpture, playing with graceful curves, chiselled textures and volutes of dark chocolate to evoke the heritage of the place.
But beyond its elegant silhouette, it’s inside that the surprise lies. The heart of the egg contains a caramel infused with Lavazza Petal Storm coffee – a premium edition made from 100% Arabica beans from Guatemala, Ethiopia and Brazil. A choice that reveals a subtle balance between floral aromas, roasted notes and hazelnut sweetness. As a bonus, crunchy caramel and puffed rice chocolates complete this sensory experience.
A (very) limited exclusivity in Paris
Priced at €85 for 450g, this limited-edition egg is available exclusively at Maison Delano Paris, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. For lovers of festive brunches, the hotel also organizes an Easter brunch. Perfect for prolonging your discovery in a refined setting.
Why taste it now?
Because the egg will only be available for a limited time, and because it combines design, delicacy and rarity – three reasons not to miss out.
