Pierre Hermé brunch at Beaupassage
Gourmet delights have a new address. Pierre Hermé Paris inaugurates its signature brunch at the elegant Café de Beaupassage, nestling on rue de Grenelle in the heart of the chic 7th arrondissement. A resolutely gastronomic Sunday offering, designed for those who consider brunch to be an art in its own right.
An author’s brunch in a green setting
Set in one of the capital’s most peaceful passages, Beaupassage, this Sunday brunch takes place in a hushed, leafy setting, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Two services are offered (at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.), for a gourmet interlude to enjoy with your partner, family or friends.
Price ? €65 per person 25 for children – a reasonable price given the quality, setting and prestigious signature of the Maison.
A menu combining tradition, surprise and haute patisserie
The magic happens as soon as you sit down to eat: Ispahan viennoiseries, Viette butter, “Infiniment Praliné” spread, homemade jams… Then it’s up to you to choose between maple syrup pancakes or Infiniment Chocolate granola, served with whole or plant milk.
The heart of the brunch is then revealed with an ultra-clean savory offering: eggs in all their forms (scrambled, Bénédicte, hard-boiled, flat, omelette) as well as signature dishes such as Avocado Toast & Confit Egg Yolk with Pistachio Vinaigrette, Croque-Monsieur Pierre Hermé, or a savory waffle with smoked salmon, tangy cream and pomegranate. And don’t forget, for those with a carnivorous appetite, French toast with spices and smoked duck breast, or the Pierre Hermé-style beef burger, served with homemade chips.
A vegetarian dish of the moment completes this already rich and evolving menu, according to the seasons.
Dessert: Pierre Hermé’s moment of grace
It’s impossible to leave the table without savoring what the Maison does best: haute couture pastry. Choose from a plate of seasonal fruits, three macaroons, or one of Pierre Hermé’s iconic pastries: Ispahan, Tarte Infiniment Vanille, 2000 Feuilles, Plaisir Sucré or Carrément Chocolat. Each bite reveals the precision and unique creativity of the “Picasso of pastry”, as Vogue dubbed him.
For those looking for an extended experience, a glass of Billecart-Salmon rosé champagne, a Satine cocktail or an Ispahan cocktail is available at extra cost.
A Pierre Hermé experience, thought through to the last detail
Pierre Hermé brunch isn’t just good: it’s a sensory experience. From the selection of fine teas to specialty coffees prepared by an in-house barista, every detail counts. Service, as always at Hermé, is impeccable, discreet and attentive.
Beyond the plate, this is a contemporary vision of French pastry luxury, accessible without excess, but never ordinary.
