Yann Couvreur melts Easter

Pastry chef Yann Couvreur returns with a collection as beautiful as it is delicious. Original creations, generous textures and daring flavours.

Eggs that travel

Yann Couvreur

Yann Couvreur revisits his famous Œuf M. This year, he adds an original version: Dubai Chocolate. It combines milk chocolate, pistachio praline and kadaïf chips. The whole thing crunches under the tooth, then melts slowly. The egg is available in a classic version (€35) and an exclusive Dubai format (€39).

Gourmets will also fall for the generous, ultra-sensory Dubai Chocolate bar(€24). A practical format, to give as a gift or keep for yourself.

The new marshmallows to adopt

New for 2025: marshmallows make their debut. The chef offers them in boxed or individual formats. Their melting vanilla heart seduces from the very first bite. In the shape of a fox, they become the sweet mascots of this collection (€24).

Signature creations in limited editions

The iconic Bonbonnière is back. It mixes crunchy chips, dark chocolate and milk chocolate. It appeals to young and old alike.

The Mini Lovés Trio seduces with its tenderness. Three little foxes enrobed in white, dulcey and milk chocolate. Their hearts reveal blue vanilla, coconut or hazelnut pralines. One bite, three sensations (€25).

Exclusively for Galeries Lafayette, the chef has created an XL café noisette egg. Made from milk chocolate, it contains gourmet fried eggs. A collector’s item, available in a very limited edition (€79).

A collection not to be missed

Yann Couvreur confirms his taste for detail. He sublimates his classics and innovates without excess. Each creation tells a story. Each bite promises a memory. The collection is available in his boutiques and on yanncouvreur.com.
