Kapara launches a festive brunch that could redefine your Sundays

What if Sunday brunch became a party in its own right? Kapara transforms Sundays into a festive and generous ritual, true to the joyfully unbridled DNA of the place. Much more than a simple meal, this brunch promises to be an immersive experience, as gourmet as it is musical, designed for groups of friends as well as families in search of a moment of pure sharing.

Kapara brunch: generous, lively and (truly) festive

Like the house, Kapara’s signature brunch is not about ticking boxes. It’s a real culinary show, where one dish follows another in a warm atmosphere, supported by a cheerfully calibrated playlist. There’s no queue at the buffet on arrival: a selection ofMediterranean starters is served directly to the table, in a spirit of sharing and discovery.

The main course is chosen from four tasty proposals, all designed around the Levantine and European influences that are the signature of chef Zohar Sasson. And to top it all off, brunch closes with a generous and refined dessert and cheese buffet: fluffy cakes, cookies, chocolate mousse, fresh fruit, muesli… all enhanced by unlimited freshly squeezed fruit juices, not forgetting hot drinks to prolong the moment.

A new cult brunch address in Paris?

It has to be said that Kapara is not new to the scene. This mythical ex-Balagan venue was the brainchild of a quartet of Israeli restaurateurs led by Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit. After electrifying the Parisian culinary scene, they return with a 2.0 version of their success, even more assertive and festive. In a décor designed by studio Rodaa, the room vibrates to the rhythm of “Yes, chef”, while the banquettes sometimes become dance floors. And the famous Kaparashow, a wacky dessert show, continues to set mealtimes alight.

This return of the “happy mess” to the capital redefines the codes of brunch, which is often too wise or too conventional. At Kapara, Sunday becomes a chic moment of letting go, a celebration of flavors and conviviality. The unique service from 12 to 3pm allows everyone to take their time, enjoy and laugh, without looking at the clock.

Kapara, or the art of living at midday and midnight

This brunch is perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the house: a place where cuisine is lived as much as tasted. Far from aseptic addresses, Kapara continues to surprise and move. The open kitchen, the sharp but friendly service, the Middle Eastern influences with a Central European twist… everything contributes to making this a feast in its own right. We come here as much to eat as to feel something, a vibration, a rhythm, a mood.
