Paris Book Festival 2025

After an absence of several years, the Paris Book Festival returns to the Grand Palais from April 11 to 13, 2025. This edition marks a return to its roots for this major literary event.

A renovated landmark

Inaugurated in 1900, the Grand Palais has recently undergone a complete renovation. Visitors will rediscover its majestic glass roof and restored spaces. This historic setting offers a unique atmosphere in which to celebrate literature.

Morocco in the spotlight

This year’s festival highlights Morocco’s literary wealth. A multilingual and culturally diverse country, the Cherifian Kingdom boasts a dynamic literary scene. Visitors will be able to meet Moroccan authors and explore a variety of works.

Eclectic programming

The festival features more than 300 encounters covering various genres: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, comics, children’s literature and Young Adult. Over 400 authors will take part in discussions on contemporary issues.

What’s new in 2025

New features include the Cabaret Extra! in collaboration with the Centre Pompidou, featuring never-before-seen artistic performances. The Grande Galerie de l’Adaptation will present previews of films and series adapted from books. A Children’s Village will offer activities dedicated to young readers.
