Versailles at home: Airelles launches pastry Click & Collect at Le Grand Contrôle
The sweet magic of the Château de Versailles comes to your home. Thanks to Click & Collect, Aymeric Pinard’s creations are now within reach.
Castle treats just a click away
Airelles Château de Versailles now offers takeaway orders for its pastries. The service is simple: you order online, and collect on site. No more need to stay at the hotel to taste excellence. Le Grand Contrôle has finally opened up its sweet world to the general public.
Royal creations by Aymeric Pinard
Pastry chef Aymeric Pinard imagines sweets in the image of the place: refined, historic, inspired. The star of the show? Le 1724, a three-vanilla mousse in the shape of a sun. Its almond-praline crunch seduces from the very first bite. The chocolate version reveals an intense hazelnut praline. Every detail evokes the French art of living.
A gourmet seasonal menu
The selection includes viennoiseries, flans, Saint-Honoré and brioches. In the morning, croissants, pain au chocolat and apple turnovers are sure to delight epicureans. From December 16, the Airelles Christmas log will also be available in a limited edition. All from €15, booked 24 hours in advance via the online boutique.
An experience to enjoy at home
Click & Collect brings the spirit of Versailles home. Each dessert tells a piece of history, with a modern twist. The attention to detail, the quality of ingredients, the elegance of presentation… everything recalls the world of the Grand Contrôle. A sweet, chic and accessible break.
With this service, Airelles democratizes exceptional know-how. For a special occasion or spontaneous pleasure, Click & Collect transforms pastry into a royal moment. Versailles has never been so close.
