The Meliá Collection: Nina Métayer transforms the Maison Colbert hotel

In a setting steeped in history, the pastry chef signs The Meliá Collection, a collection of sweets as elegant as they are delicious.

An inspiring place, a stone’s throw from Notre-Dame

The Maison Colbert hotel, The Meliá Collection, is anchored in the heart of the Latin Quarter. A former residence of Simone de Beauvoir, the hotel combines heritage and refinement. Each room evokes light and nature, in homage to the painter Joaquín Sorolla. From April 11 to 20, 2025, this poetic setting welcomes the sweet universe of Nina Métayer.

A chocolate collection conceived as a work of art

For Easter, the chef offers creations as aesthetic as they are gourmet. The Harmonie eggs, inspired by Art Deco, shine with precision. In 66% Esmeraldas dark chocolate or 40% pure Peruvian milk, they reveal a heart of fleur de sel praline in their large format. The Marguerite bar, in 70% dark chocolate, combines almond praline, homemade popcorn and Madagascar vanilla. A shock of textures and flavors.

Creations that appeal to all the senses

The Lumière egg, with pistachio praline and caramel, awakens the sensory memory. Alongside, chocolate lollipops, ballotins of chips and spreads play the generosity card. Each piece shines with a finely crafted golden glow. This is tasteful craftsmanship, designed for aesthetes. Every detail tells a story.

A sweet break in a confidential setting

With this exclusive menu, Nina Métayer and Maison Colbert offer much more than just chocolate. They offer a moment of discreet luxury, in an intimate Paris. The creations are available for purchase on site, from April 11 to 20, 2025. A must for anyone who loves elegance… and cocoa.

Reserve a timeless moment at 7 rue de l’Hôtel Colbert. Let yourself be tempted by a tablet or an egg. And if you’ve only come for the sweets? You’ll still have tasted theMaison Colbert spirit.
