Carine Roitfeld unveils Players, a fashion and sports magazine

Carine Roitfeld and her son Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld launch Players, a new platform that fuses fashion, sport and culture. Scheduled for spring-summer 2025, this ambitious project includes a biannual collection magazine, exclusive collaborations and limited-edition capsule collections.

Dwyane Wade, first guest editor

From its very first issue, Players strikes hard by entrusting guest editor-in-chief to former NBA star Dwyane Wade. His role is to inspire a direction that blends high-fashion storytelling, cultural influence and immersive experiences.

According to Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, Players will go beyond the simple magazine, positioning itself as a hybrid and disruptive platform for a new generation of readers and creators.

An innovative vision of luxury and sport

Carine Roitfeld and her team want to open up fashion to new talent: stylists, photographers and designers who have never worked with her world before. Their aim? To offer a fresh perspective on the industry and redefine the way brands are showcased.

With Players, they assert that the fusion of sport and luxury has never been more relevant. Thanks to social networks, athletes have become fashion icons in their own right, influencing trends and collaborations.

A project that goes beyond traditional publishing

More than just a magazine, Players aims to create a global network of talent and offer exclusive initiatives combining sport, fashion and multimedia. Customized editions, limited edition products and immersive events will be an integral part of the project.
