Paris Fashion Week F/W 2025-2026: a wind of change

Paris Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2025-2026 has come to a close, leaving an indelible mark. Through its 70 shows, it revealed the major trends that will shape next winter, marking an important stylistic turning point.

Miu Miu, Saint Laurent and Chanel: Fashion Week’s leading brands

Miu Miu, at the top of the Tagwalk ranking, monopolized 5.76% of search traffic. Saint Laurent followed close behind with 5.53%. Finally, the ever-iconic Chanel came out on top with 5.10%.

These results demonstrate the strategic renewal of brands seeking to make their mark with bold silhouettes and theatrical staging.

A return to opulence and self-assertion

Far from the sobriety of previous seasons, this year marks the end of discreet luxury. Bangs made a stunning comeback (+160% on the catwalk), bringing movement and fluidity to silhouettes. Structured tailoring takes center stage (+141%), with pronounced shoulders and assertive lines, embodying a powerful, timeless wardrobe. Bright colors exploded, notably at Saint Laurent (+104%), accompanied by the assertive use of leather, star of the Hermès show (+50%).

These aesthetic choices reflect a desire for renewal and exuberance, a farewell to post-pandemic restraint.

Fashion Week: spectacular and memorable shows

Fashion Week was also marked by daring conceptual shows. Alessandro Michele for Valentino transformed his runway show into a bathhouse, offering a disconcerting spectacle. Coperni, always avant-garde, staged a giant kid’s tournament, playing on references to childhood and performance.

    A powerful, expressive winter wardrobe

With this edition, Paris asserts its status as fashion capital. Designers offer us a winter where assertiveness, vibrant colors and precise cuts redefine chic. A change that promises a season high in style and character.
