From May 14, 2025, Repère Sauvage invites guests to an immersive experience in the heart of nature. A blend of luxury, ecology and locavore gastronomy, this new ecolodge reinvents the art of outdoor living.
An unspoilt estate in the heart of nature
Located just 2 hours from Paris, Repère Sauvage covers 42 hectares of forests, meadows and ponds in the Perche Vendôme region. This audacious project, led by Capucine Châtelier and Caroline Costagliola Condy, combines heritage and modernity, rehabilitating a 19th-century manor house and integrating 20 ecolodges, the Maisons Sauvages, which blend into the landscape.
This unique place stands out for its innovative approach: reconnection with nature, encounters and authentic experiences. Here, we rediscover the pleasure of suspended time, in a setting where ecology and high-end comfort meet.
An exemplary architectural and ecological project
The renovation work, entrusted to the JAAMS agency, respects the history of the site while modernizing it. The large bay windows offer exceptional panoramic views, immersing visitors in the heart of the landscape.
Les Maisons Sauvages, meanwhile, are designed according to eco-responsible principles: wooden structures, straw insulation, concrete-free foundations to minimize environmental impact. The architecture favors harmonious cohabitation with nature, allowing flora and fauna to reclaim the site.
Locavore cuisine brought to life by chef Arnaud Domette
Le Repère Sauvage’s gastronomic offering is based on local cuisine, featuring local products from fishing, livestock and market gardening in the Loir-et-Cher region. Chef Arnaud Domette, who has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, is at the helm of the restaurant, offering an audacious and refined menu: Loire friture, revisited beuchelle tourangelle, shad with wild mushrooms…
The manor house restaurant, with its bistronomic spirit, welcomes visitors in a warm setting where conviviality and culinary excellence come together.

Repère Sauvage is more than just a holiday resort: it’s a true educational immersion. The estate offers a kid’s club, nature and art workshops, and educational trails led by Margo, Clara and Lola, trained in Montessori pedagogy and outdoor activities.
