Les Roudoudous: a chocolate Proust madeleine
Roudoudous are making a comeback in a new pastry version. Inspired by mythical playground sweets, these sweet treats revisit childhood memories with a gastronomic twist. Beneath a crunchy chocolate shell lies a melting heart and a light mousse. Three gourmet combinations are available:
- Chocolate-peanut: milk chocolate, peanut praline, salted butter caramel, caramelized peanut chips.
- Raspberry: 64% dark chocolate, lime cookie, confit and raspberry mousse.
- Exotic: white chocolate, lime cookie, exotic confit with mango cubes and mango mousse.
These creations offer a regressive and gourmet journey, between crunchy, melting and fruity sweetness.
Le Nid Chocolat: the intensity of cocoa sublimated
For lovers of dark chocolate, Le Nid Chocolat offers an explosion of cocoa flavors. Each bite reveals an almond cookie, a cocoa nib crunch, a mousse and a 64% dark chocolate cream. A chocolate chantilly, made with Peruvian cocoa, completes this intense, refined dessert.
Available individually or to share, this dessert will appeal to chocolate purists. A true ode to the intensity of cocoa.
Easter must-haves: an elegant chocolate bestiary
Easter classics return with a new elegance. The chef unveils chocolate sculptures in emblematic shapes: sheep, rabbits, owls and hens come to life under his expert fingers. Each piece combines handcrafted precision with gourmet creativity. TheNest Egg, with its delicate interlacing in white chocolate, stands out for its airy relief and finesse.
For the more playful, the Rabbit Puzzle turns tasting into a playful moment. This milk chocolate bunny is made up of several pieces to be assembled before tasting. Once assembled, it reveals an almond-hazelnut praline heart with crunchy chips. A gourmet pleasure that amuses as much as it delights.
