For its Autumn-Winter 2025-26 collection, Miu Miu explores the delicate transition between adolescence and maturity through a wardrobe of contrasts, both spontaneous and structured.

A collection of carefree sophistication

Presented in a canary-yellow hall, the show featured silhouettes that evoked the awkwardness of first steps into adulthood. Models sported formal pleated sweatpants, wool suits and structured boleros, as if they had borrowed these garments in an attempt to conform to a more serious world.

Pink madras print adds a touch of softness to the strict cuts, while off-the-shoulder summer dresses and asymmetrical zipped sweaters seem hastily put on. The 60s-inspired hairstyles, far from perfect, convey a charming urgency, evoking a youth still learning.
