Bar des Maillets d’Argent celebrates the art of mixology

The prestigious Bar des Maillets d’Argent, in the heart of the legendary Tour d’Argent, will host an exclusive event. He in partnership with The Macallan whisky house. This unique event will bring together Diego d’Agnolo, head bartender at Bar des Maillets d’Argent and Massimiliano Berardi, head bartender at Angelita Madrid. A refined exploration of mixology and Scotch whisky.
A duo of virtuosos at the helm
Two leading figures in mixology will orchestrate this exceptional evening. Diego d’Agnolo, a native of northern Italy, honed his talent in London’s finest establishments. With an unrivalled eye for detail and creativity, he brings a bold modernity to cocktails.
Alongside him, Massimiliano Berardi, head bartender at the renowned Angelita Madrid, is renowned for his avant-garde techniques. These include eliminating ice from his creations and reducing energy consumption in his bar. Passionate about food science, he offers a precise and innovative mixology that reinvents traditional cocktails.

In the hushed atmosphere of the Bar des Maillets d’Argent, 25 privileged guests will have the opportunity to discover original creations, based on The Macallan’s exceptional whiskies. Founded in 1824, this Scottish house is renowned for its expertise and refined expressions, offering a rich and sophisticated aromatic palette.
