The Mandarin Oriental, Paris celebrates gastronomy in 2025. Its Sur Mesure restaurant welcomes Michelin-starred chefs from around the world.

Exceptional programming

The establishment offers Les Semaines Culinaires, a unique concept featuring renowned chefs. Each event promises an original gastronomic discovery.

Two Michelin-starred chefs will open this culinary series:

  • Antonio Guida (3 Michelin stars) from Mandarin Oriental Milan and Zurich, specialist in contemporary Italian cuisine.
  • Frédéric Doucet, Michelin-starred chef and owner of Maison Doucet in Burgundy, featuring local Charolais produce.

Frédéric Doucet: March 4 to 8 and July 1 to 5, 2025

The chef revisits French cuisine with refined dishes. He works with local produce to offer a unique culinary experience.

Some of our creations:

  • Modern beef tendon broth, enhanced with celery and nasturtium.
  • Cruite” trout from Crisenon, served with walnuts.
  • Pike-perch from the Loire, enhanced by fermented wild garlic.
  • Breton lobster, twisted with an elixir of Charolais juice.
  • Alfalfa soufflé and hay ice cream, a tribute to the Morvan landscapes.
