Grand Dîner du Louvre: the fashion and heritage event

The Musée du Louvre is creating a stir with its very first Grand Dîner du Louvre, organized during Paris Fashion Week. A prestigious gathering of fashion, art and haute cuisine.

On March 4, 2025, the Musée du Louvre, an emblematic site of French heritage, becomes the setting for an exceptional evening: the Grand Dîner du Louvre. This unique event, conceived as a prestigious fundraiser, marks a new stage in the relationship between art and fashion.

A prestigious dinner in support of culture

Le Grand Dîner du Louvre accompanies the museum’s first fashion exhibition, “Louvre Couture. Objets d’art, objets de mode”, opening January 24, 2025. This unique retrospective explores the links between art history and fashion, through nearly 100 outfits and accessories from the collections of 45 leading fashion houses. The exhibition spans 9,000 square meters, highlighting stylistic influences from different eras, from the Middle Ages to the XIXᵉ century.

To celebrate this event, 30 tables will be set up in the Marly courtyard, generating over one million euros to finance the museum’s cultural and heritage projects. Visa Infinite is the main partner of this prestigious evening.

A program worthy of the greatest social events

The festivities will begin with a photo-call on the Louvre forecourt, where guests will pose in unique creations designed especially for the occasion. This will be followed by a private tour of the exhibition, before a refined cocktail reception and gourmet dinner orchestrated by Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

A musical performance by artist Doechii could punctuate the evening, although this has yet to be confirmed.

A host of celebrities and top designers

This exceptional dinner will bring together the most influential figures from the worlds of fashion, cinema and art. Prestigious guests include Carla Bruni, Victoria Beckham, Dev Patel, Keira Knightley, Michelle Yeoh, Noémie Merlant, Paris Jackson, Naomi Campbell, Gigi Hadid, Tyra Banks and many more.

Leading fashion designers will also be on hand to discover the exhibition: Jean-Paul Gaultier, Iris van Herpen, Jeremy Scott, Simon Porte Jacquemus, Thom Browne, Marine Serre, Rick Owens and John Galliano.

An event with a tradition of excellence

The Grand Dîner du Louvre promises to be one of the most eagerly awaited events on the Parisian calendar. Combining fashion, art and gastronomy, it symbolizes the dialogue between tradition and modernity, just like the exhibition it celebrates. An evening that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression, reinforcing the Louvre’s position as a key player on the international cultural and fashion scene.
