Following on from the Saint James Paris, Relais Christine and Le Norman, Bertrand Hospitality is expanding its portfolio with the Château des Fleurs, a five-star hotel nestled in a 1910 building. Inspired by the gardens of Armide, this boutique hotel pays homage to Victor Mabille, an emblematic figure of 19th-century Parisian parties.
Designed by Barcelona studio Quintana Partners, the establishment subtly blends Art Nouveau spirit with the warm atmosphere of a family home. With its 37 rooms and suites, it invites guests to enjoy an experience where refinement and comfort meet. Curved walls, textured wood, Murano glass lamps and cane carpeting recall the past while integrating a touch of modernity.
A cocoon of well-being: the Spa by Omnisens
The Spa by Omnisens offers an immersive experience dedicated to relaxation. Conceived as a sanctuary of relaxation, it includes a soothing pool, a sauna for natural detoxification, two treatment rooms, one of which is a double, and a fully-equipped gym.
The treatments, inspired by naturopathy, use products derived from the biodiversity of the plant kingdom, offering a sensory and regenerating experience.
An intimate, sophisticated gourmet address
The Château des Fleurs lounge and bar, open from 11am to midnight, is a real invitation to conviviality. In a refined setting, head bartender Julien Quettier has devised a menu where exceptional cocktails and spirits rub shoulders with bold creations.
A must: the Flower Spritz, a subtle blend of jasmine syrup, tea infusion and cornflower blossom. A signature that perfectly embodies the sophisticated, festive spirit of the place.
