Jean Imbert inaugurates his new restaurant at Disneyland Paris

On March 7, 2025, Jean Imbert will unveil his brand-new restaurant, La Forêt Secrète, in the heart of the prestigious Disneyland Hotel. Known for his passion for gastronomy and his love of the Disney universe, the Michelin-starred chef promises a unique culinary experience inspired by the great animated classics.

A magical setting for exceptional cuisine

Since winning Top Chef, Jean Imbert has conquered the finest tables, from Plaza Athénée toAvenue Montaigne. Now he’s teaming up with Disneyland Paris to open one of the most eagerly awaited restaurants of the year. Located in the emblematic Disneyland Hotel, this venue promises an enchanted gastronomic immersion.

La Forêt Secrète will transport guests into a magical universe, paying homage to iconic films such as The Lion King, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. A setting that promises to be poetic and immersive, true to the magic of Disney.

A menu inspired by Disney classics

While the menu is still a mystery, we can expect refined, imaginative cuisine in keeping with Jean Imbert‘s savoir-faire. Each dish promises to be an ode to enchantment, offering visitors an unparalleled culinary experience.

The restaurant will be open to all, with or without a reservation. Reservations are already available from February 19, 2025 on 01 60 30 20 50.
