The Comité Vendôme reorganizes to strengthen its influence

The prestigious Comité Vendôme announces a strategic reorganization with a new collegial governance structure and the creation of two dedicated commissions. The aim is to revitalize and strengthen its influence on the Parisian and international scene.
Collegial governance for greater representativeness
Since its creation in 1936, the Comité Vendôme has been working to preserve and promote Place Vendôme, the epicenter of Parisian luxury and elegance. From now on, the committee will be headed by Renaud Lestringant, CEO of Cartier, supported by Stéphane Actis (Groupe GR), Stéphane Lévêque (Potel et Chabot) and Géraldine de Vulpian (Boucheron). This collegial governance model aims to better represent the diversity of the sectors that make up the committee, including jewelry houses, luxury hotels and finance.
Two new committees to boost momentum
With this in mind, the committee also announced the creation of two new commissions, one dedicated to communications, the other to art and culture. These bodies will be tasked with developing synergies between the Comité Vendôme and these sectors, in order to strengthen its influence beyond luxury goods and goldsmithing.
A heritage to preserve and enhance
Today, the Comité Vendôme boasts some one hundred members, including prestigious jewelry houses such as Chaumet and Repossi, as well as exceptional hotels such as the Ritz and the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand. Its ambition is to consolidate its status as the epicenter of French savoir-faire and refinement, through a more modern and inclusive organization.
With this reorganization, the Comité Vendôme intends to continue promoting Paris on the international stage, combining heritage, luxury and modernity.
