Meghan Markle unveils her lifestyle brand

After months of anticipation, Meghan Markle officially announces the launch of her lifestyle brand “As Ever”. This new entrepreneurial venture marks her return to the world of well-being and the art of living.
A strategic rebranding
Originally announced as American Riviera Orchard, the brand has now been renamed As Ever. In a video filmed by Prince Harry and posted on her Instagram account, Meghan Markle explains her choice: “American Riviera seemed like a good name, but it limited me to products made in this region.” However, this decision also seems to have been influenced by legal difficulties linked to trademark registration.
“As Ever” refers to an English expression meaning “as it has always been”, a nod to Meghan Markle’s philosophy. She describes the venture as an extension of The Tig, her former lifestyle blog that she hosted before her marriage to Harry.
A grand launch with Netflix
Meghan Markle is taking advantage of her new Instagram account and As Ever website to unveil her project. Her slogan ? Save your seat at the table”. Its logo? A palm tree surrounded by hummingbirds, a symbol evoking nature and serenity.
The former duchess also confirmed her partnership with Netflix, which is not limited to her culinary series With Love, Meghan, but also includes support for her business. The Sussexes have signed a multi-year contract with Netflix, valued at $100 million.
A range of products inspired by her daily life
“As Ever” will offer a wide selection of products dedicated to well-being, decoration and gastronomy. These include :
- Handcrafted jams, already sent as a preview to some of Meghan Markle’s close friends.
- Crockery, gardening tools, wine bottle bags and birdhouses.
- Butters, jellies, chocolates and edible flowers, all of which the Duchess loves, and which she showcases in her new show on Netflix.
