A concept inspired by three words: Life, Wine and Travel

Why Le 3V? The name refers not only to Denise Henquet‘s lucky number, but also to the three pillars that define the soul of the restaurant: Life, Wine and Travel. Every detail of the place reflects this philosophy, from the elegant decor and warm ambience to the menus that sublimate raw ingredients and culinary authenticity.

There are no signature dishes here: every day, the menu is redesigned according to the inspiration of the moment and the freshness of the ingredients selected from quality suppliers.

A menu that changes with the seasons

Far from a fixed menu, Le 3V offers a unique menu that changes daily, designed to adapt to inspiration and the seasons. The approach is simple yet demanding: top-quality French produce, sublimated by masterful technique and an unconditional love of bistronomic cuisine.

At lunchtime, you can choose between two formulas. The first (which we recommend if you want to enjoy the full breadth of our culinary talents) is starter, main course and dessert for 50 euros. Or, for those with smaller appetites, starter, main course or main course and dessert for 40 euros.

In the evening, it’s a full menu! We don’t mess around with pleasures.

For those who prefer, Denise offers vegetarian options.

Denise and her team (four in the kitchen, two in the dining room) provide attentive, friendly service, and the restaurant’s intimate ambience and bistronomic offerings are renewed daily.

With her atypical background, Denise Henquet has infused 3V with a unique energy. After a 20-year international career as an executive in the medical industry, she decided to return to her first love, hospitality and gastronomy. Born into a family of Dutch hoteliers, she conceived the restaurant as a place for sharing and pleasure, where you feel at home from the very first visit.

His vision? A refined yet gourmet cuisine, where the essentials come first: two or three ingredients per plate, enhanced by impeccable technique. All accompanied, of course, by a glass of carefully selected wine (only the very best).
