Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées Book Club

Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, in partnership with Éditions Points, is launching Le Book Club des Champs. This book club will be aimed at literature enthusiasts.

Conceived as both a digital and physical exchange space, this event enables book lovers to get together each month around a common reading and a specific theme.

How does it work?

At the beginning of each month, three books from the Éditions Points catalog are offered to the community. Readers vote for the book they wish to discover via a poll broadcast on a dedicated channel. Once the book has been chosen, the reading begins, giving way to discussions and exchanges throughout the month.

Two monthly meetings are organized at Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées:

• The first Wednesday of the month: a reading party where 15 readers can start reading together.
• The last Wednesday of the month: a meeting to discuss the book, share impressions and deepen analysis.

A place to share books

Thanks to this initiative, participants can express their opinions, discuss outstanding passages, share recommendations and broaden their literary horizons. The Book Club des Champs promises a warm atmosphere and a few surprises, making each session unique.

Open to all, but with limited seating, this book club promises to be a must for literature lovers in Paris.
