14,000 euro bonus for Ferrari employees

Thanks to strong demand for customization options, Ferrari saw its net profit jump by 21% in 2024. To reward its employees, the prancing horse brand is granting them an exceptional bonus of 14,400 euros.

Strong growth in results

Italian automaker Ferrari continues to post impressive figures for 2024. Sales have reached €6.677 billion, up +11.8% on 2023. However, the increase in deliveries remains modest, with 13,752 vehicles sold, an increase of just 1%.

What makes the difference? The boom in customization options, which has increased the average price of vehicles. As a result, net income climbed +21% to 1.526 billion euros.

A generous bonus for employees

To reward this performance, Ferrari’s 5,000 employees will receive a bonus of 14,400 euros in 2024, up from 13,500 euros last year. The announcement was made by Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna, and relayed by the Italian news agency Ansa.

This reward strategy reflects the company’s financial strength and its desire to motivate its teams.

An ambitious future

Ferrari has no intention of stopping there. According to Benedetto Vigna, the company expects even more robust growth in 2025 and aims to reach its profitability targets as early as 2026, a year ahead of schedule.

In a luxury sector increasingly focused on personalization, Ferrari follows the trend initiated by Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce, which invest heavily in exclusivity and high-end craftsmanship.

A dynamic that confirms Ferrari’s exceptional status in the global automotive market. 🚗💨
