An exceptional Valentine’s Day at Café Pierre Hermé Paris

For Valentine’s Day, Café Pierre Hermé Paris, located in the heart of Beaupassage in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, is offering a gourmet, elegant evening, with a menu designed to delight lovers’ taste buds. Refinement, creativity and delicate textures meet in an intimate atmosphere.

A Pierre Hermé experience

Pierre Hermé, nicknamed the “Picasso of pastry”, has designed a special menu where every detail is a celebration of taste. The evening begins with a tasty appetizer, a black truffle and burrata croustillant, before giving way to starters blending sophistication and exoticism. Guests can choose between a ceviche of Ispahan sea bream, or duck foie gras accompanied by a spiced red wine jelly and country bread toast.

Elegant dishes and desserts

The main menu celebrates noble products. Pan-seared scallops are accompanied by butternut risotto with pistachio slivers and plancha clementines, while roast free-range poultry, sublimated by artichoke pesto and a savory jus, offers a generous and refined alternative.

The desserts, true centerpieces of the meal, are signed by the master pastry chef. TheIspahan Cœur, a combination of macaroon cookie and fruity flavours of rose petals, raspberries and litchis, rivals the Chou Orphéo, a marriage of textures between crispy choux pastry, dark chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline.

A romantic evening at Beaupassage

Priced at 75 euros per person, this dinner includes a glass of Billecart-Salmon Rosé champagne or an Ispahan cocktail. Reservations are essential via The Fork website for an evening from 7pm to 10pm.

53-57 rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris.
