Blanc: the simplicity and purity of a star we love

@blanc-restaurant

Located in the heart of Paris’s 16ᵉ arrondissement at 52 Rue de Longchamp, Blanc, Shinichi Sato’s new gastronomic project, offers an exceptional culinary experience. In a sleek, yet warm setting, the chef celebrates raw produce and the finesse of flavors.

An elegant experience

The architecture and interior design by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma have earned the restaurant the prestigious “Prix Versailles” award. This award recognizes the world’s most beautiful restaurants.

The prize, organized by UNESCO, is a world award for architecture and design, which recognizes contemporary achievements that have left an exceptional mark on the living environment.

The living room is dressed in taupe and cream tones. It is topped by a canopy of wooden slats arranged in an elegant inverted bird’s nest. This intimate space seats around 30 diners in the evenings, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Refined, personalized menus

With a career marked by the success of Passage 53, Shinichi Sato continues his commitment to excellent French cuisine. He has made Blanc his life’s work, and it shows in every detail.

Each plate is sober and elegant, highlighting the nobility of the product. The chef’s approach is based on selecting the finest ingredients and transforming them using techniques mastered to perfection. Among the scrupulous Chef’s suppliers are meats from Hugo Desnoyer, fish and seafood from Laurent Daniel and oysters from chez Tarbouriech. All names that confirm the quality of Shinichi Sato’s selection.

Blanc offers three distinct menus to satisfy the most demanding palates. The Blanc menu, with 11 signature dishes. The Perle menu, a more concise variation (ideal for an introduction to the chef’s world). And the Menu du Chef, featuring all his creations.

It is possible to be seated and share the experience during a tête-à-tête with Shinichi Sato in front of the kitchens, reserved for a maximum of four guests.

52 rue de Longchamp, 75116.
