Lanvin Group: a second head office in Europe

The Lanvin luxury group enters 2025 with major changes: the appointment of Andy Lew as Executive Chairman and the forthcoming opening of a second European headquarters.

A new stage for Lanvin Group

As Maison Lanvin prepares its return to the catwalks of Paris Fashion Week with Peter Copping’s inaugural collection, the group announces a strategic shift. Andy Lew, former CEO of St. John Knits, a brand in the Lanvin Group portfolio, has been appointed Executive Chairman. He succeeds Eric Chan, who joins the Group’s Board of Directors. Andy Lew will continue to oversee St. John Knits via a dedicated management committee.

This appointment is part of a strategy to boost the Group’s international growth, which also includes the Wolford, Caruso and Sergio Rossi brands.

A second European headquarters

Lanvin Group, currently based in Shanghai, confirms its intention to open a second headquarters in Europe to support its global expansion. This project is described by Andy Lew as a “tremendous opportunity to advance the Group’s brands and unlock new growth opportunities”.

The precise geographical location of this new headquarters has yet to be determined, but cities such as Paris, Milan or London are likely options, given their influence in the luxury goods industry.

An ambitious strategy

According to Zhen Huang, President of Lanvin Group, this initiative reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening its global presence. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 2022, Lanvin Group adopts a proactive vision to capitalize on new markets, while supporting its creative talents.
