Bluemarble, the FW 2025-26 fashion show full of comfort with UGG
Anthony Alvarez, designer of the Bluemarble brand, presented his autumn-winter 2025-26 collection in Paris’s 19th arrondissement. An intimate tribute to his childhood and family universe.
A nod to snack time
This season, Anthony Alvarez draws his inspiration from a cherished memory: the ritual of the tea party, a symbol of love and family sharing. His collection reflects this nostalgia through pieces that celebrate intergenerational ties. The hoodie he himself wore, featuring one of his grandfather’s recipes, testifies to this personal influence.
The fashion show, orchestrated in a convivial atmosphere, featured delicacies concocted by chef Mory Sacko, reminiscent of the designer’s childhood snacks in the countryside. This rural sensibility is reflected in his creations: tee-shirts with 70’s motifs, oversized vintage biker jackets, and tracksuits adorned with lace. His signature pieces, like the hoodie, have been revisited with materials like ultra-comfortable fleece and crystals adorning quilted coats.
An original collaboration with Ugg
The highlight of the show? The collaboration between Bluemarble and Ugg. Alvarez transformed the brand’s famous Ascots by adding glass beads imitating leaves. These details highlight the contrast between the cozy aesthetic of indoor slippers and the ruggedness of outdoor Vibram soles.
