Emporio Armani FW 2025-2026: bold outerwear
At Milan Men’s Fashion Week, Giorgio Armani unveiled a Fall-Winter 2025-2026 collection that reinvents its codes, blending mysterious seduction with practical elegance.
An explosive entrance
The show opened with 13 unexpected silhouettes, far removed from Armani’s classic aesthetic. However, after this daring introduction, the 90-year-old Italian designer returns to his fundamentals: impeccable tailoring, warm tones and a sleek silhouette. This season, Armani imagines a seductive, confident man, wearing black make-up around the eyes, blending mystery and sophistication.
Outerwear, Armani’s season centerpiece
The collection highlights outerwear with pieces in a variety of styles. The first outfits, perfect for a mountain hike, incorporate colorful down jackets, fleece overlays and even balaclavas and ice axes. These practical, dynamic ensembles give way to velvet suits and long coats, embodying the house’s traditional elegance.
Armani also embraces contemporary trends such as animal prints and fur, used with subtlety on collars. Velvet, the designer’s iconic material, remains central with fluid, lightweight pieces.
Accessories and boldness
Accessories are not to be outdone: imposing crocodile leather bags, satin ties, berets and round glasses add a touch of Italian chic. More daring, brightly colored bombers, worked like brocades, and a magnificent caramel leather coat with a flared cut bring new energy to the collection.
