Altiplano Skeleton High Jewellery: Piaget’s quintessential craftsmanship
Since 1874, the House of Piaget has embodied the perfect alliance between precision watchmaking and exceptional jewelry. With the new Altiplano Skeleton High Jewellery, the Swiss brand once again pushes the boundaries of innovation and creativity, fusing three high-flying skills: the art of skeletonization, precious gem-setting and cloisonné enamel.
A limited edition work of art
This watch, produced in just eight pieces, represents an unprecedented technical and artistic feat. At its heart is the iconic P1200D movement, sublimated by a meticulous setting of diamonds and sapphires. But the magic doesn’t stop there: Piaget has collaborated with renowned enamel artist Anita Porchet, who has added her own unique touch by dressing the dial in a gradation of blue, green and violet tones in cloisonné Grand Feu enamel, visible from both the front and the back.
Refined, luminous architecture
The Altiplano Skeleton High Jewellery watch is distinguished by its ultra-thin design, just 7 mm thick, a feat that remains true to Piaget’s heritage of the extra-flat. The 40 mm dial sparkles thanks to the fusion of gemstones and cloisonné enamel, creating a bold and elegant graphic contrast.
The Piaget spirit, between audacity and excellence
By combining tradition and innovation, Piaget affirms its role as a pioneer in the world of watchmaking and jewelry. This unique timepiece, a true masterpiece from the Ateliers de l’Extraordinaire, perfectly embodies the House’s philosophy: “Always do better than necessary”, a credo dear to Georges-Édouard Piaget.
Altiplano Skeleton, A celebration of know-how
More than a watch, the Altiplano Skeleton High Jewellery is a declaration of artisanal excellence. It embodies the meeting of Swiss watchmaking precision and artistic audacity, transforming every detail into a hymn to luxury and timeless beauty.
