La Compagnie revolutionizes in-flight gastronomy
Since 2017, La Compagnie has been offering a unique experience with its Chefs&CO program, transforming flights between Paris and New York into veritable culinary escapades.
La Compagnie, a specialist in 100% business class transatlantic flights, is revolutionizing the art of travel with its innovative concept. Each month, the Chefs&CO program, directed by Christophe Langrée, former Chef de Matignon, invites renowned chefs to imagine exceptional menus. In 2025, this collaboration will showcase talents such as David Toutain, Franco Sampogna and Yann Couvreur, promising passengers a culinary journey to an altitude of 10,000 meters.
Culinary excellence with Chefs&CO
The Chefs&CO program combines creativity and refinement, offering limited-edition signature dishes. Each menu reflects the world of the guest chef, while responding to the specificities of in-flight meals. The creations are also enhanced by a selection of 100% organic wines, carefully crafted by Bettane+Desseauve. As Thierry Desseauve points out: “At an altitude of 10,000 metres, organic wines offer a new way of enjoying an exceptional meal.”
