Founded by Jean-Philippe Clermont, Atelier Des Ors is an artistic perfumery house distinguished by its unique olfactory creations and quest for excellence. Inspired by the richness of French art de vivre, the brand combines craftsmanship and olfactory art to offer fragrances conceived as veritable works of art.
A history of passion and collaboration
Jean-Philippe Clermont, the house’s creator, draws inspiration from his travels and multi-sensory experiences around the world. His meeting with Marie Salamagne, senior perfumer at DSM-Firmenich, marked a decisive turning point. Together, they conceive fragrances in which every detail is studied to sublimate the moment. Marie Salamagne describes her creations as tableaux where raw materials are magnified to create unprecedented harmonies.
Gold, a symbol of brilliance and timelessness
Gold is a central element at Atelier Des Ors, both in the compositions and in the design of the bottles. The latter, sculpted like jewels, contain shards of 24-carat gold that add a unique dimension to each fragrance. This use of gold, echoing ancient perfumery traditions, lends the creations an aura of eternity.
Exceptional collections
The house offers two main lines:
- The Collection Noire, evocative of travel and myth, with fragrances like Lune Féline, inspired by the moon, or Rouge Sarây, a tribute to the trade routes of the Middle East.
- The Collection Blanche, an ode to the quest for happiness, symbolized by creations like Nuda Veritas, celebrating truth and lightness, or Chœur des Anges, a radiant, joyful fragrance.
