Mariage Frères sublimates Epiphany 2025 with elegant tea-flavored galettes des rois. Discover two unique creations: a matcha tea and pomegranate galette, with umami frangipane and crispy puff pastry, and another with Marco Polo Rhapsody white tea, combined with blueberries and candied blackcurrants under a glossy black puff pastry. Each galette, crowned with gold leaves, is ideal with Balthazar tea. Available from December 26, 2024, these gourmet gems can be ordered in the salon or on the official website. A signature galette by Potel & Chabot and Ginori
Potel & Chabot has teamed up with Ginori for an exclusive galette des rois, combining gastronomic excellence and tableware. This signature creation, accompanied by a porcelain bean that can be transformed into a bracelet, will be available in an ephemeral pop-up at the Hôtel d’Evreux, Place Vendôme, from January 4 to 11, 2025.
